Welcome to ECPL Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) Overview In keeping with ECPL’s commitment to excellence in service and performance, the Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) has been developed to solicit feedback from you. It is a way of demonstrating Management’s commitment to your needs, knowing that your satisfaction guarantees the Company’s existence. The purpose of this survey is to obtain and solicit views on the work environment; to identify problem areas and inform company policy. It allows us to evaluate the company’s success internally. The survey results would help promote better working conditions and enhance the work environment in general. By completing this survey, you are taking a proactive stance to help improve on the company; a satisfied employee often equates to a productive employee. A productive employee equates to a productive and happy company. This Survey will be conducted annually online, and employees will be required to participate. Instructions • Carefully read every question before answering. • Try to be as sincere as possible and avoid discussing your response with fellow co-workers. This is very important, to obtain a true picture of the company’s state based on your opinions on issues raised in the survey. • It is also recommended that all questions be answered. Participation and Anonymity Your participation is obligatory and your responses will be treated as anonymous. Questionnaires should be completed and submitted from October 1, 2025 at 9:00 am, and no later than October 31, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Thank you for your cooperation!
